Home Support Worker (HSW) Certification Program

About the Program

The Home Support Worker (HSW) Certification Program is designed to prepare individuals to safely provide care for less complex clients in their homes. HSWs play an important role in supporting the health and wellness of their communities. As a graduate of this course, learners will have the core knowledge and skills required to successfully fulfill their role within their communities—supporting clients to remain in their homes and positively impacting their lives. Many organizations have increasingly identified having a critical shortage of healthcare workers, the HSW Certificate Training Program helps address the critical need by supporting organizations to grow their staff.
