The development of the @YourSide Colleague® First Nations Diabetes Circle of Care Course was made possible through a funding contribution by the Government of Manitoba (Manitoba Health); in response from the Manitoba First Nations Patient Wait Times Guarantee Project. This was a joint initiative between SE Health and the Assembly of Manitoba Chiefs.
